Recently, the prefabrication yard of Xiamen Second East Passage Project started the construction of the first pier and abutment. The construction personnel on site methodically installed templates and erected steel bars.

    近日，廈門第二東通道工程預(yù)制場開始首件墩臺施工，現(xiàn)場施工人員有條不紊地安裝模版、搭設(shè)鋼筋。

　  Xiamen Second East Corridor Project is a provincial key project. Its sea-crossing bridge section follows the construction concept of "factory, large-scale, standardized, and assembled". The substructure adopts large-scale prefabricated piers. It is the second cross-sea bridge project in China and the first in our province that adopts the vertical dry joint matching prefabrication method. Among them, the prefabrication of piers and abutments is the key process of the entire project. A total of 35 prefabricated piers and abutments are required, divided into 83 components, and the prefabrication period is 18 months.
     廈門第二東通道工程為省重點項目，其跨海橋梁段遵循“工廠化、大型化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、裝配化”的建設(shè)理念，下部結(jié)構(gòu)采用裝配式大型預(yù)制墩臺，是除港珠澳大橋外國內(nèi)第二個、我省首個采用豎向干接縫匹配預(yù)制工法的跨海橋梁項目。其中，墩臺預(yù)制為整個項目的關(guān)鍵工序，共需預(yù)制墩臺35座，分為83個構(gòu)件，預(yù)制工期為18個月。

　  In view of the difficult installation and protection of epoxy steel bars in prefabrication construction, the high requirements for temperature control and crack resistance of mass concrete, the difficulty in pouring and vibrating ultra-high concrete, and the high requirements for vertical matching of dry joints in prefabrication accuracy, since mid-April , the Provincial Transportation Quality and Safety Center will go to the front line to supervise and disclose the project, carry out legal popularization and technical services for quality and safety management, quality engineering creation, construction of a strong transportation country, etc., and timely convey the latest industry regulations for road and water transportation construction.
